My Coaching Philosophy:
My coaching focuses on uncovering my clients’ inherent strengths and capitalizing on those strengths using brain-based and positive psychology coaching techniques. These tools are powerful rocket boosters to enhancing performance, creativity and career satisfaction.
As a strength-based life coach my role is to act as a guide for my clients. We’ll follow your agenda, working on the issues that are most important to you. Each session will help you dissolve the limiting beliefs that have an iron grip on you. You’ll learn strategies that will help you lay down a solid foundation for lasting change. You will leave each coaching session with small and powerful steps you can take immediately. You will move forward at the rate that works best for you.

The rate for coaching with me is $360 a month.
This includes two powerful 60-minute telephone or Skype sessions along with e-mail coaching between sessions.
I recommend a minimum three-month coaching engagement to ensure you create the momentum you deserve. Some clients are happy at that point to fly off and do what they do best, while others continue our coaching relationship longer-term. You make that choice.

All coaching sessions are 60- minutes in length and are conducted by phone or Skype (you choose). E-mail support is also available for my 1-to-1 coaching clients between sessions. Sessions are paid for by the month and in advance by Paypal.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be treated as a completed session. Why? Because I want you to shake procrastination loose!
If you don’t feel you are getting what you need from coaching with me, l’ll gladly offer a refund for any unused sessions. Your refund will be issued within one week through PayPal.
